cherry pieces were rough cut with band saw
Templates were used on router table
3/8” round router bit was used to radius corners
Assembly of Structure
Inside face is painted with diluted acrylic paint before gluing on “frame”
3D Printed indications are dry tested on face
Final CMF Construction
Base form is multi-coated spray polyurethane
3D printed indications are primed and spray painted
